For customized products, it depends on the complexity: generally 20-30 working days (including sample confirmation and mass production). We can prioritize urgent orders with a 10% expedited fee.
We provide a 12-month quality guarantee from the delivery date. If quality issues (e.g., leakage, defective assembly) occur under normal use, we will: 1) Conduct a root-cause analysis within 3 working days upon receiving your feedback; 2) Replace the defective products with new ones for free or deduct the corresponding amount from your next order; 3) Send technical personnel for on-site guidance if necessary.
